About Me
Hi! I'm a die-hard Midwest girl, getting my undergrad degree at Kstate and my master's at Avila University. I work with all ages, though I’ve seen 12-60 primarily so far. I do specialize in working with couples and families. I truly believe in the power of therapy and how it can transform relationships for the better. Whether it’s helping a couple navigate through rough patches or supporting a family through communication issues, I’m here to provide guidance and support every step of the way. That’s also why I don’t particularly use one therapeutic technique for each individual or couple since everyone is different. I adapt to what you need and what would work best for you! Over the course of my career, I have helped clients dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, inner child healing, self-esteem, trauma, and more.
One of my top priorities is creating a safe and supportive environment for anyone in the room. I want this room to be a safe space for you so that you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment or repercussions. Not everyone had thatgrowing up or even have that now, but you’ll be able to have that with me for 60 minutes.
Some other facts about me. When you see my picture, I have alopecia, it’s a rare form, but itdoesn’t stop me from doing things I love. I’ve been a sports fan my whole life; when I’m not in the office, I’m watching some form of sports or at a game! Also, being around loved ones and doing self-care always helps put me in a better state. Please feel free to reach out for a consultation.
