About Me
Finding your way forward when you feel overwhelmed, numb, or stuck in life can sometimes feel impossible but is not something you need to do alone. I believe our stories shape who we are but can be difficult to share if our story feels too vulnerable or does not align with who we know we are. Hearing someone’s story and struggles is not something i take lightly. I feel honored to come along side you and support you. I primarily use a person-centered and AEDP approach. Meaning i value your experience and your ability to overcome what you are experiencing. Self exploration is difficult but worth it in the long run.
I have a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Mid America Nazarene University, experience in talk therapy, and 4 years working in inpatient psychiatric care.
I have a passion for teens and adults with new or ongoing diagnosis of ADHD, OCD, depression, anxiety, and religious trauma.
I look forward to meeting you!
