Relationships are central to life.  As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I assist individuals and couples in developing intimate relationships, and in living a richer, fuller life. I work with adolescents, young adults, couples and individuals. I am well prepared to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and make the changes you are seeking.

Positive mental health includes strong, intimate connections with people. Good therapy can help you strengthen these connections as well as help you address other issues, such as fears, mood disorders and sexual issues. We will work together to facilitate understanding, personal growth, and change for you, as you define it.

Looking for affordable, available counseling?

We are offering sessions with our amazing interns with immediate openings.  Intern session fees are $50 for a 50-60 minute session. Most interns have immediate availability.   All our interns are gifted counselors who are closely supervised. Reach out today to be connected to your new therapist!
